Here's a few things I think are important, but, under-appreciated.
A warm house on a cold, wet day. The sound of rain on a tin roof. The smell of a wonderful meal cooking, completely filling the house. A funny movie on a gloomy day. A good joke when everyone's in a crappy mood. A dog that's happy to see you, no matter what. A quiet cat. The sound of laughter, any time.
There are many more things that fill this category, I just can't think of them all.
That's up to you.
